We will act for both employer and employee in relation to compromise agreements.  This is the only area we will act for an employee.

Our specialists

Chris Timms is experienced in defending employment claims and Yoko Daito has also built up experience in this area. We act for an employer who is a multiple retailer with upwards of eight hundred retail shops and deal with all their personnel and employment issues including the drafting originally of their staff handbook.  We are involved with them on a day-to-day basis.
