We have acted successfully for a wide range of clients and cases. On these pages you can see some of the more notable examples.

We have illustrated a large cross section of cases and the main point is many of these cases are a kind of case that most solicitors would hesitate to run because of the risk of losing and therefore not getting paid. Recently two cases which we had listed for trial, one involving tripping and one involving a motor accident, settled only a week before trial, although low offers had been made in both cases.

Many solicitors would have simply taken those low offers because they would not want to take any risks.  We did not and through persistence achieved good settlements.
